Before reporting a gameplay problem
- Make sure the phone is being used in portrait orientation.
- Use RESET if the ball leaves the board or a run goes wrong.
- Confirm your device has working motion sensors.
- Restart the game if tilt input behaves unexpectedly.
- Include your phone model, Android version and Amazeballs app version in the report.
Google Play features
Current Android builds include Google Play Games sign-in, achievements, Daily rankings, cloud save and Google Play Billing. If one of these features is unavailable, check that Google Play Services is up to date and that you are signed into the expected Google account.
Purchases
Campaigns, Campaign Collection and Infinite Mazes are one-time products handled by Google Play. If a completed purchase is not reflected in the game, relaunch Amazeballs while online so purchases can be checked again.
When contacting support about a purchase, do not send payment-card numbers or other sensitive financial details.
